DeAnne has been one of our Information Specialists since 2007. One of her primary contributions is to prepare the monthly board packets for each association. These packets include financial reports, collection status reports along with recommendations, and communications from homeowners and vendors. DeAnne works to ensure all of this valuable information is presented to board in a timely and well organized manner so the board members can respond with ease. Once the board has reviewed all of the information, DeAnne will again work with the board to ensure the decisions and instructions of the board are completed by the MGM team. She is also available to assist the board while they try to make difficult decisions related to delinquent accounts, CCR enforcement and other items related to the daily operations of the association. DeAnne will provide consultation, guidance and even recommendations when requested by the board. In addition to the board packets and support, DeAnne also maintains detailed and accurate records relating to active court cases and other collection efforts. |

Maria has been with MGM Association Management since 2008. She has an AAS in Accounting from E.I.T.C. As the Information Specialist she works directly with the board in maintaining the communication and financials of the association. Maria builds the monthly board packets that include comprehensive reports on the financial status of the HOA. These packets also include communication between the homeowners, vendors, and MGM Association Management and the board. Each month the board can use this, and the agenda included in it, to conduct their meetings and give direction to the management team. She then receives these packets back from the board and insures the directions contained within are carried out. Maria also assists the board in their duties by providing consultation and guidance to them in regards to delinquent accounts, CCR enforcement, and other important decisions. In addition she maintains the records of the open collection and court cases. |

Michael Madson is the sales Manager for MGM Association Management. Since the beginning of MGM Management in 1999, Mike has been creating relationships with association board members across the valley while trying to direct correspondence with homeowners and Board members alike to the VERY competent staff. The Goal of the sales team, as it grows in numbers, is to provide the opportunity to all associations the services of the best management team around.
