Michael Madson, MGM Association Management, announced today, that MGM and Corey Barton Homes (CBH) have signed an agreement to provide full-service management services to their Morning View development which is located in Mountain Home, Idaho.
MGM specializes in professional, homeowner association-specific services and provides management plans that range from simple online bill pay and to customized, comprehensive management packages that oversee every facet of a subdivision, such as enforcement of covenants, financial forecasting to increasing homeowner engagement.
A spokesperson for CBH said, “Our CBH communities are planned neighborhoods that attract a mixture of home buyers and homeowners who seek impeccable quality. What was important to us is MGM’s ability to communicate and engage residences, and the level of support they provide to our homeowner association Boards. We wanted to ensure that our CBH neighborhoods are headed in the right direction. Their presence allows our Boards to focus more time on issues that will help our communities to thrive.”
The Morning View subdivision is one of CBH’s newest developments, and will eventually have 200 homes. It is a planned development designed for today’s modern homeowner with multiple amenities. Located in Mountain Home, it has incredible views of the nearby foothills, easy access to the military base, and accessible to I-84.
According to MGM’s President, Michael Madson, “MGM Association Management continues to focus on today’s, tech driven, homeowner expectations. Their concern for communication and transparency can be easily addressed with our online software that uses the industry’s most advanced accounting program, 24/7. All homeowners have the ability to access their HOA activities and financial reports and have personal access to their HOA account. This program utilizes today’s technology and has significantly decreased homeowner dues delinquencies and increased compliance. Our online software allows Board members to concentrate on more relevant issues regarding property valuation and maintenance of their communities, and spend less time on balancing books and chasing homeowner dues.”
