Mike Madson, president of MGM Association Management, announced today, that MGM and Crimson Point Homeowner’s Association have signed an agreement to provide full management services in Kuna, Idaho. MGM is a member in good standing with the Community Association Institute (CAI), a national HOA regulatory organization. MGM specializes in homeowner association management, and provides basic accounting services to customized management programs.
Crimson Point is a fully developed subdivision created by Corey Barton Homes (CBH). The subdivision currently has 535 completed, single family residences with plans to expand to over 600 homes. Crimson Point is located off of I-84 (Ten Mile) and south to Crenshaw and onto west Melon Ave. CBH is a familiar builder in Idaho and known for their trendy designs that attract young, working families and planned communities that resonate with today’s young adults.
According to Mike Madson, “we are excited to, again, work with Crimson Point Homeowner’s Association, as their community has demonstrated high engagement, so that we will help guide their Board with appropriate governance to keep their community thriving. MGM’s community-centric approach fits their purpose that allows their Board to deal with relevant issues that will move this subdivision into the future.”
For two decades, MGM continues to focus on providing seamless and cost-effective HOA financial management, expertise on cost containment and subdivision maintenance. Homeowner association Boards are a voluntary position and by providing full management services will allow them to concentrate on issues regarding property valuation and better maintenance of their community. Board members spend less time balancing books and chasing dues.
MGM Association Management is the largest association management service and covers the western United States. Proudly serving Idaho for the past 2 decades, MGM Association Management differentiates itself by providing exceptional customer service to common interest developments such as subdivisions, neighborhoods, townhouses, condominiums and homeowner associations.
MGM Association Management has incorporated the Internet into all of its packages. By successfully computerizing their accounting services, homeowners can pay their dues; receive HOA newsletters or receive correspondence about upcoming events; or receive instant access to their CC&Rs. Online HOA management allows instant, transparent and easier access for HOA Board members and has been a game changer for higher collections and adherence to payments.
