Michael Madson, CMCA and president of MGM Association Management, announced today, that MGM and Corey Barton Homes have signed an agreement to provide full management services to their Rush Valley Subdivision which is located southeast of Boise, Idaho.
Planned neighborhoods attract a mixture of home buyers and homeowners who seek access to amenities that they may not be able to afford, a structured community where homeowners adhere to common and sensible rules, and communities that add value of their lives. MGM aligns with those core values by reaching into their associations and engaging both Board members and their homeowners. CBH neighborhoods possess a people friendly mentality and MGM’s presence allows their Boards to focus on community issues that compliment and make their communities better.
MGM specializes in homeowner association-specific services and provides online HOA solutions that range from wireless bill pay to customized management packages that oversee every facet of a subdivision, such as enforcement of covenants, financial forecasting to increasing homeowner engagement.
CBH’s Rush Valley subdivision is a planned development that will eventually showcase over 400 impeccably appointed homes. CBH homes are designed for today’s modern homeowner boasting for multiple amenities. Located about 10 minutes south east of downtown Boise and only 10 minutes from Lucky Peak Reservoir, Rush Valley is positioned among Idaho’s best rural surroundings. It has incredible views of the local foothills and is easily accessible to freeways and downtown locations.
According to MGM’s President, Michael Madson, “MGM utilizes today’s smart phone technology to meet homeowner expectations. Our concern is to open-up communication and transparency between homeowners and their Boards, and our use of wireless technology has shown significant improvements in overall quality of life. All homeowners have access to their HOA activities and financial reports, as well as to a password-protected and accessible personal HOA account. Across the board, our program has significantly decreased delinquencies and increased compliance. Board members can finally concentrate on more relevant issues regarding property valuation, improving the lives of their homeowners and spending less time on balancing books and chasing dues.”
