Mike Madson, president-elect of Idaho’s Community Association Institute Chapter and founder of MGM Association Management, announced today, that MGM and Purple Sage Estates have signed an agreement to provide full management services in Caldwell, Idaho. MGM is a member in good standing with the Community Association Institute (CAI), a national HOA regulatory organization. MGM specializes in homeowner association management in Idaho since 1999. MGM has made a name in Idaho for providing “DIY” HOA accounting services to full-management programs.
Purple Sage Estates is an exciting new development by Hess Properties (www.hesspropertiesidaho.com) and is located just north of Caldwell off El Paso and Purple Sage Roads. Purple Sage Estates is a planned community and is in Phase 3 development that currently has 50 built homes and when finished will have 100 single family homes.
Hess Property Development is a familiar builder in Idaho and known for their trendy designs that attract young, working families and planned communities that resonate with today’s adults. Mike Madson of MGM said, “We are excited to work with Hess Properties, as they have demonstrated proven results for planning beautiful and sustainable communities. We are excited to help guide their Board with appropriate governance and leadership. MGM’s approach is to allow Board members to deal with relevant issues that help subdivisions to thrive.
According to Mike, “For over two decades, MGM continues to focus on providing seamless and cost-effective financial management, expertise on cost containment and subdivision maintenance. Homeowner association Boards are a voluntary position and providing financial services allow them to concentrate on issues regarding property valuation and better maintenance of their communities. Board members find they spend less time balancing books and chasing homeowner dues and more time building their community’s culture.”
MGM Association Management is one of the largest homeowner association manager in the State of Idaho and cover HOAs throughout the western United States. Proudly serving Idaho for the past 21 years, MGM differentiates itself by providing exceptional customer service to subdivisions, neighborhoods, townhouses, condominiums and homeowner associations.
MGM offers self-managed associations a “DIY” accounting program that is completely stand alone and intended to keep management companies out of their subdivision. This program is Internet based, accessible 24/7, and handles all of the HOA’s account receivables and payables. Financial data is automatically backed-up and secured. All homeowners and Board members are issued a private, password secured, account. All financial data is updated and recorded in real-time. Homeowners can pay their dues online; receive HOA newsletters or correspondence about upcoming events; or receive instant access to their CC&Rs. Online “DIY” accounting allows instant, transparent and easier access to HOA documents and has resulted in higher collection rates and adherence to payments.
